ACTING ACADEMY - NEW FOR SEPTEMBER 2026 🎭

For a long time we have been asked to introduce classes that have no singing, no dancing, just pure acting & we are so please to announce that it is finally happening 🎉

From September we will be launching our brand-new acting Academy designed for students who simply just want to act!!

Throughout sessions, students will develop acting skills and technique, explore scripts and texts and work on character development and improvisation 🤩

Students will perform in full-stage plays and live performances throughout the year and we also plan to work towards recognised acting qualifications in the very near future.

We will be offering two age groups at the moment (both on the same evening) and classes will cost £8.50 per session.

Our Disney inspired Heroes vs Villains is going to be an amazing holiday club 👸😈

Three action packed days of singing, dancing and games as we bring the world of Heroes and Villains to life!!

And finally our Seniors bring you the ever so popular if not spooooky 'The Addams Family'. They're creepy and they're kooky!' The first time this production has been performed here at Take 2 👻 (6th & 7th November)

Our next workshop is our ever popular Junior TikTok Dance Workshop. It's guaranteed to be three days full of energy, fun and non-stop dancing! 🤩

🩵 Build confidence and performance skills 💜 Make new friends
🩷 Play games and dance challenges
🩵 Perform for family and friends at 3pm on the final day

Our staff had a great first session updating their First Aid training last night ⛑️

It is always important training to have & keep our knowledge and skills up to date!

Once completed, we'll be Level 3 first aid trained 😁

A very interesting and informative evening!!

🛠️ Calling all handy Take 2 parents! 🛠️

We’re looking for a couple of volunteers who might be able to help us with a small DIY project at the Academy.

Our outside advertising boards are looking a little tired, and we’d love to replace them before our new term starts. If you’re handy with tools and have a few hours to spare, we’d really appreciate your help.

Whether you’re a joiner, builder, DIY enthusiast, or just enjoy lending a hand, we’d be so grateful for any assistance.
