💃 Brand-new Absolute Beginners Dance Class! 🕺

Join Alan and Amanda Parker for a fun, friendly introduction to Ballroom, Latin and Modern Sequence dancing. No experience is needed, and singles or couples are very welcome.

Dancing is a great way to improve fitness, balance and coordination, while also boosting confidence, reducing stress and supporting positive mental wellbeing.
