๐WOW๐โฆ NRG Player Development is TWO YEARS OLD!
I just want to take a moment to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported NRG over the last two years.
Firstly, to all the players โ thank you for your hard work, commitment and, most importantly, your trust. Itโs a privilege to work with every single one of you.
To all the parents and families โ thank you for your continued support. I know the commitment that goes into getting players to sessions, travelling, making sacrifices and supporting them every step of the way. It genuinely doesnโt go unnoticed.
Two years ago, I started NRG with a simple mission: to help players develop, grow in confidence and, most importantly, enjoy their football in a professional, positive and welcoming environment.
At NRG, we donโt sell dreams. Thereโs no BS, no false promises and no happy clapping.
What you do get is a relentless commitment to developing EVERY single player with honesty, integrity and attention to detail.
Whether youโre working with a player in a Cat 1 academy, a grassroots player looking to take their game to the next level, or a young player taking their very first steps in football โ every player matters.
Every player gets the same enthusiasm.
Every player gets the same commitment.
Every player gets the same attention to detail.
Thatโs something Iโm incredibly proud of.
Over the last two years, NRG has grown, but the core principles have never changed โ develop players, build confidence, be honest, and help players enjoy their football.
Iโm genuinely grateful to every player, parent, family, coach and person who has been part of the journey so far.
THANK YOU. โค๏ธ
Hereโs to two years of NRG Player Development โ and to everything still to come.
