The purpose of Spring Ahead is simple; to connect schools with quality supply staff, without the commission charged by Supply Agencies.
This ensures schools pay cheaper rates and Supply staff are paid rates above the market average. Spring Ahead was designed and established by the Wellspring Academy Trust, who identified that schools within the Trust were paying higher rates for Supply staff. This provided the inspiration to find a solution, and so Spring Ahead was born.
