This new exercise class for the not so young will be starting on June 11th. It’s being run by Age Uk Barnsley and will be £3 per Class.
We have managed to sort a new gentle exercise class, chair based for those that need it. It will be run by Age Uk Barnsley. Thursday Afternoon £3 per class. Watch out for the poster!!!
