Big big day yesterday as we award our second ever black belt 🥋 to our long term student
This guys commitment and routine is unmatched, first starting with his children then him joining he’s gone from strength to strength and become part of the furniture in the academy. Thank you for all those years commitment and giving back to the academy where you can.
Here’s to many many more years of training together 🙌🏽

We are adding more classes to our timetable in the coming months!
If you are looking to get your child into gymnastics but have been stuck on a waiting list for years or you have tried other gymnastics facilities only to find they focus mainly on the elite level gymnasts this is for you.
We will have multiple options of days and class times.. Development pathways for children from beginner to advanced level gymnastics

August 2022 we had only two children’s classes per week and these where mixed ages.
August 2026 we have multiple children’s classes per week all split into age specific classes.
4-6 Year Old 🥋
7-11 Years 🥋
Teens 🥋
Always good to see where we started and where we have come with the leading children’s Jiu Jitsu classes in the UK

Teaching Children is more than just showing techniques. I like to always finish parts of the session and ask them questions to make sure they stay engaged and build confidence on being able to answer question with adults 🥋

The reason we made it possible is with the community that we have built. All our higher-grade students help all of the lower-grade students to become better, faster, so that they become better training partners for them.

3 Submissions All Children Should Learn Here Is Why 👇🏽
Children and adults when they first start Jiu Jitsu struggle to retain knowledge. Learning techniques that have 5+ stages at the beginning simply won’t stick when under pressure or partner is putting resistance
The beauty about these techniques is they have only a few stages and they all require minimal movement from original position to make them work!
