Results Day Feedback 🌟
Congratulations to all of my GCSE students receiving their results today - and a belated well done to my A-level students from last week! 🎉

It was a pleasure to be invited to speak with Stephanie Peacock MP today, following a nomination for the Small Business Award. We had an insightful discussion on education policy, both locally and nationally, focusing on the Michaela-based traditional teaching model being championed by many trusts, which unfortunately doesn’t receive enough attention.
While I’m not the biggest Labour fan, it’s clear the current challenges mean education must remain non-partisan, with children’s best interests at heart. I appreciated the chance to raise important issues I’ve seen over recent years, including the impact of smartphones, misguided school practices, inconsistencies in SEND policies, and potential solutions.
Stephanie was very receptive and sympathetic to these concerns and kindly offered to keep me updated via committee reports. Overall, a very successful and encouraging meeting.
I’m a university student and part-time private tutor (both in-person and online), able to teach the following:
• GCSE Mathematics (Foundation & Higher)
• GCSE Science
• A-level Mathematics (incl. Further)
• A-level Chemistry
• A-level Physics
• PAT Admissions Test
I study Physics at uni and achieved A*A*A*A* in my A-levels (Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry).
Sessions would be tailored to the student, including help with exam practice, revision, and more difficult content.
I’m registered with My Tutor and have tutor training, as well as a full enhanced DBS check.
