We were delighted to welcome some of the G4S team to speak with our learners completing the Level 2 Customer Service qualification. 👏

The session gave learners valuable insight into the customer service industry, the range of career opportunities available and the skills employers look for when recruiting. It was also a fantastic opportunity to ask questions and receive practical advice directly from industry professionals.

A huge thank you to G4S for sharing their time, knowledge and experience, and for helping our learners feel more confident about taking their next steps into employment. 🌟
