🎓 A relevant Level 3 occupational qualification
✅ A Level 3 assessor qualification or equivalent
💬 Experience delivering apprenticeship training
🚗 A full driving licence and access to a car

✂️ We’re hiring a Freelance Skills Coach!

We’re looking for an experienced Skills Coach to support a cohort of 17 apprentices completing Level 2 and Level 3 Hairdressing and Barbering Apprenticeships.

The role will involve:
✅ Providing one-to-one coaching and guidance
✅ Carrying out regular face-to-face reviews in salons
✅ Monitoring learner progress and supporting EPA preparation
✅ Working closely with employers to keep apprentices on track

Most apprentices are based across Yorkshire, with travel along the M62 corridor required.
