Where it all started! 💚

In 2003 I joined the Army Cadet Force & Found my passion for First Aid ⛑️

I was taught, nurtured & encouraged down this path 🩹

Turns out it was something I loved & was good at! 😅

This is from our first ever first aid competition and we won 🙌🏻

This started 12 years of winning competitions & teaching hundreds of cadets 🚨

I went into a career of Trauma & Orthopaedics & now I’m starting to train First Aid 🎉
