BCB ENVIRONMENT

BCB’s Environmental Team is a commissioned service for BMBC North East Area Council supporting a number of events, local gala’s and local schools and groups throughout the Barnsley area.

Our Environmental Team have seen an increase in activity this year. During this current year the teams have supported over 160 local events and we still have the Christmas events to attend.

These include litter picks, supporting planting up flower beds in the area, over 15000 bulbs have been planted in the NEAC area so next year will be a bumper year for blooms in our areas, other activities supported by BCB include setting up equipment and supporting local organisers in the local parks for Summer Gala’s, Proms and more.

These are great community events and continue to be a great success for the local area, bringing communities together.
