This afternoon year 6 continued with more DT work, building and coding, using our fantastic new Lego sets. They made a working robot that responded to colours and then with coding on the laptops. Fun was had by all.

Reception’s caterpillars have finally emerged from their cocoons as beautiful butterflies, πŸ¦‹ just in time for half term!

We released them in our garden area and celebrated with a Lily the caterpillar cake as a treat for being such good learners about insects this term!

Happy holidays, and if you have any exciting travels please don’t forget to share any photos with us as our learning next half term is,
β€˜ I wonder where in the world we can travel to?’
