A 90-minute beekeeping experience led by a qualified teacher.

We will start our experience with a little background information about honey bees. Discuss the workers, queen, and drones. I’ll introduce you to some beekeeping equipment and explain what they are used for. Then we will don our bee suits and venture into the apiary.

🌱✂️ Making a difference at Aierton Estate! We rolled up our sleeves to tackle an overgrown path, cutting back to the fence line, ivy, and roses that had encroached onto the path. We also took on another path, giving it a fresh strim and starting to reinstate the edges. Proudly, we removed 1 sack of litter and 2 bags of green waste, leaving the area cleaner and more inviting. Together, we're transforming our community one step at a time! 💪🌿

You just need to bring yourself, everything else will be supplied. You don't have to start at 9am or stay the full time, come down and visit, and we'll have someone outside the church to greet you ✊

(The Old Methodist Church) on Barnsley Road.

There is something for everyone. Small business and genuine indoor car boot tables. Come along and have a look for yourself. Starting at 1pm and finishing at 3pm.

🌿🌼 A productive day at the Railway Embankment in Goldthorpe! Joined by 3 dedicated volunteers and a member of the area team, we spruced up the area by strimming and cutting the grass. Meanwhile, the volunteers diligently weeded the footpath edges and provided much-needed hydration to the vibrant plants. In our commitment to keeping the area pristine, we also conducted a litter pick, collecting one full bag of waste.
Together, we're enhancing the beauty and cleanliness of our community.
