Lyon's Den Childminding Services

Well, that's the summer holidays over and done with. We spent the first 3 weeks with our Lyon's Den holiday club and went here there and everyone on our little jaunts. As we do! We spent lots of time with our friends and enjoyed all of the bonus sunshine that we were blessed with this year. We also said Goodbye to the biggest 2 of our little ones who have moved on to big nursery and one of our big girls who as moved on to her gymnastics squad after school. We will miss them all dearly, but it's never goodbye, because as you all know, everyone comes back for visits here at Lyon's Den and we can never truly let them go. Tomorrow we welcome 2 new little members to the Den and from their visits over the summer we just know that they are going to love it here and make lots of new friends. Steve, myself and our big lads had our summer holiday Croatia, which we thoroughly enjoyed and we have spent lots of time getting things organised and ready for a new term. We have lots of catching up to do and we can't wait to see everyone tomorrow 🤗

This week we are celebrating the birth of one of little ones siblings and a future mindee at Lyon's Den. VJ is going to make the best big brother, his step mum Lucy says he's so protective of baby B already and she is the absolute double of him. We certainly agree!
Congratulations to all of you and welcome to the world little one. 5lb 2oz of pure perfection 💕

That's a wrap! School is out for another academic year. We've had an action packed, fun filled week with all our precious friends. Lots of wide open spaces to run wild and free

Another fun-filled week at the Den! Always taking care to ensure the cubs are safe and happy in the sun. We have spent time with other childcare settings and had a lovely day at The room on the broom trail at Anglers on Monday with Little Learner’s and another fantastic day out at Cawthorne Park on Tuesday with 8 other Childminders and over 20 children between us. We had so much fun and the children were so well behaved.
We enjoyed an invite to Sharon's house on Wednesday and a lovely day at Tots Explore on Thursday playing in the air conditioned space. We have one more week until the end of term and lots more exciting things planned

From a 6mth old placid baby to a 5 year old crazy diva! Time zooms by so fast when you're having fun!
