The Role
We are looking for a driven and personable Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Barnsley team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in recruitment, particularly individuals with a background in education.

You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with schools and education professionals, matching candidates to roles, and supporting schools with their staffing needs.

Working Hours

Term time: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Reduced hours during school holidays

Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with schools and education staff
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles
Managing client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions
Meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
