A special mention goes to Ethan and Olivia, who were competing in their very first competition. Both stepped onto the mats with great determination and delivered some excellent performances throughout the day.

Eva and Olivia both fought some brilliant matches on their way to silver medals, while Ethan and Joe showed great skill and composure to take home gold.

We're incredibly proud of all four competitors for their effort, attitude, and sportsmanship. The hard work in training is paying off, and this is a fantastic achievement.

⛑️ A couple of weeks ago, our members, parents, and staff took part in a First Aid Course to learn essential lifesaving skills and build confidence in responding to emergencies.

We're proud of everyone who attended and took the time to develop skills that can make a real difference both on and off the mat.

A huge congratulations to Florence, our Student of the Month! 🥋👏

Florence joined Aspire Taekwondo 2.5 years ago as a 6-year-old who often found it difficult to make it through a full class. Fast forward to today, and she is a dedicated Red Belt with her sights firmly set on achieving her Black Belt this December! 🔴➡️⚫

Her journey is a fantastic example of how consistency, discipline, and determination can help young people grow both inside and outside the dojang. Florence loves practising her patterns and sparring, and her confidence and commitment continue to shine through in every class.

Here's what her parent had to say:

"Florence has progressed immensely since starting Aspire Taekwondo 2.5 years ago. From being a 6 year old who would struggle to finish a class, to now being a red belt who loves taekwondo. Through routine and discipline, Daniel and Kyle have helped Florence to enjoy taekwondo, and she now aspires to become a black belt in December. Her favourite activities are patterns and sparring! Without doubt, Florence would not be the settled, driven young person she is today without being part of Aspire Taekwondo."

We're incredibly proud of everything Florence has achieved and can't wait to see her continue to grow on her journey towards Black Belt. Keep up the amazing work, Florence! 💪⭐
