This camp is open to ALL levels, whether you are a child just starting out in competitive taekwondo journey or a senior athlete competing at international level, this camp has been designed with you in mind.

A special mention goes to Ethan and Olivia, who were competing in their very first competition. Both stepped onto the mats with great determination and delivered some excellent performances throughout the day.

Eva and Olivia both fought some brilliant matches on their way to silver medals, while Ethan and Joe showed great skill and composure to take home gold.

We're incredibly proud of all four competitors for their effort, attitude, and sportsmanship. The hard work in training is paying off, and this is a fantastic achievement.

⛑️ A couple of weeks ago, our members, parents, and staff took part in a First Aid Course to learn essential lifesaving skills and build confidence in responding to emergencies.

We're proud of everyone who attended and took the time to develop skills that can make a real difference both on and off the mat.

A huge congratulations to Florence, our Student of the Month! 🥋👏

Florence joined Aspire Taekwondo 2.5 years ago as a 6-year-old who often found it difficult to make it through a full class. Fast forward to today, and she is a dedicated Red Belt with her sights firmly set on achieving her Black Belt this December! 🔴➡️⚫

Her journey is a fantastic example of how consistency, discipline, and determination can help young people grow both inside and outside the dojang. Florence loves practising her patterns and sparring, and her confidence and commitment continue to shine through in every class.

Here's what her parent had to say:

"Florence has progressed immensely since starting Aspire Taekwondo 2.5 years ago. From being a 6 year old who would struggle to finish a class, to now being a red belt who loves taekwondo. Through routine and discipline, Daniel and Kyle have helped Florence to enjoy taekwondo, and she now aspires to become a black belt in December. Her favourite activities are patterns and sparring! Without doubt, Florence would not be the settled, driven young person she is today without being part of Aspire Taekwondo."

🏆 WELSH OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS | WHAT A WEEKEND! 🏆

What a fantastic weekend at the Welsh Open Championships!

Our team of Oliver, Eloise, Seb, Vesta, George and Joe delivered some outstanding performances, bringing home an incredible 5 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze medal haul.

🥇 Oliver fought brilliantly to claim Gold after two strong matches.

🥇🥇 Eloise had an exceptional tournament, taking Double Gold in both the Junior and Senior categories as she begins her transition into the senior ranks.

🥇 George put in a dominant performance to secure Gold.

🥇 Joe marked his return to the ring in style, taking Gold and showing exactly what he's capable of.

🥈 Seb impressed with a Silver medal in only his second ever WT event, continuing his successful transition from ITF competition.

🥉 Vesta earned a well-deserved Bronze medal, gaining valuable experience

A huge congratulations to all of our athletes for their hard work, commitment and performances throughout the day.

🔥 What an incredible weekend at the London Open Poomsae Championships & WT President’s Cup Poomsae Championships 2026! 🔥

Held on 2–3 May 2026 at the Lee Valley Athletics Centre in London, this was one of the biggest poomsae events ever hosted in the UK, bringing together athletes from across the world to compete at the highest level

💥 With international athletes battling it out for ranking points and titles, the standard of performance was outstanding showcasing precision, power, and true martial arts spirit throughout the competition

💪 A special mention to Eva, who delivered a fantastic performance in an incredibly strong field. She was right in the mix with some of the very best, something to be proud of and a great step forward!
