A January far from blue ❤️

Had the most incredible start to 2026 ✨

1&2: Taught the L3 Mat Pilates course and had such amazing feedback 🤩

3: Fully booked with PT sessions. Had to start my waitlist again (pinch me!)

4: Fully booked Mat Pilates classes all of January.

5&6: Had two intense but amazing weekend’s at Runway Pilates developing my reformer skills and teaching 📚

7: Planning ahead for the year and getting prepared for some exciting projects ahead.

Here’s to what February has in store!
