I was unable to coach this one due to a family birthday but Ed went regardless on his own, after only a few months ago having to stop training due to a badly sprained ankle. He wants it 💪🏽💪🏽

Wow, 3 years ago!

Who’d have known none of this was the case and we lost our stuff along with being told we’d never reopening there again due to it not being safe and not being able to do the work…even though work had already started before I could even face going in there 😏

A year and a half of carrying a club round in a hold all. Thanks to all that kept us going. That was hard.

But, one door closed and an amazing new door opened in an amazing space where we are today 😃 and we love it 😍 Thanks to you guys too 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I’ve not let two pregnancies and being locked down the majority of the COVID era stop me (and the rest) so this wasn’t going to either 💪🏽💪🏽

The Phoenix rose from the ashes and is flying high 🐦‍🔥
