It was great to get to celebrate the gym’s 10th Anniversary yesterday. Slight delay due to my prep but we got there.
It’s not often we all get together like this so it was nice to be in the same room together to celebrate.

As the gym was 10 on the 7th May this Saturday 30th May we are having a party to celebrate.
If you want to come and join us I will be putting on some drinks and some food.
I will be shutting off the function room from 11am as the beers and food will be in there.
So train early then come grab a beer or soft drink to help us celebrate 🎊🎉🍾🥂

Today the gym celebrates its 10 year Anniversary 💪💪
Absolutely blown away to be here 10 years on and definitely looking forward to the next 10 and beyond 💪🫣
I want to thank every member that has ever walked through the gym doors as without you all it wouldn’t be happening.
I will be arranging a party but as some of know I am currently in prep so there is a slight delay so bear with me.
We are planning on opening the doors to the gym on the 30th May for you to come and help us celebrate. I will be putting food and drinks on. I will put another message out the week before.

The mobile blood unit is coming out to the gym on the 5th July.
If you would like your blood work doing please contact the gym or me directly.
I can not stress enough how important it is to get your blood work done. You wouldn’t drive your car without an mot so don’t drive your body without one either 💪💪

I am looking at bringing the mobile blood unit out to the gym but I need to gauge interest as it needs to be worth them coming out.
I need 10 of us to get them out. I have 5 definitely wanting it done but need 5 more.
If you would like your blood work doing please contact the gym or me directly.
I don’t have a date yet as I need to know it’s worth bringing them out first but would try for end of June/July.
I will put a notice up in the gym as well.
