Two weeks to go before our Tai Chi Classes at Taekwon-do-Wales places are filling up fast. An amazing response.

To Celebrity our 25th anniversary at Taekwon-do-Wales we are launching Tai Chi at TKD Wales start on Monday 7th September at 10.00am. We will be having two morning classes and on evening class per week. Master Pat is the main instructor for the Tai Chi. I will be assisting Master Pat. All Taekwon-do-Wales Classes continues as normal accept the 7.00pm Pats Ladies Class which becomes a Tai Chi class for women and men.
