Since graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Cardiff University School of Music in 2011, Rhys has become an in demand UK based freelance drummer performing with a number of artists and shows. Demonstrating his versatility in performing, producing and recording in a diverse range of genres including gospel, jazz, musical theatre, pop and rock. Rhys is currently touring as drummer and co-producer of The Ultimate Classic Rock Show, The UK's premiere, insanely entertaining and sought after classic rock anthem show. As a collaborator he is a consistently passionate and joyful creator playing with musical finesse, simplicity and sophistiation in any musical situation he finds himself in making him a diverse, professional and in demand drummer to work with. When not performing Rhys is a dedicated, sought after and respected music educator in further education and drum teacher based in the South Wales with nearly 20 years experience.
