Help shape the future of continuity of care in UK general practice
Researchers at the University of Bristol and the Primary care Academic CollaboraTive (PACT) have launched the Accessing Continuity study.
This study is aiming to explore the level of relational continuity of care delivered in UK general practice and the associations between continuity of care and access to general practice.
This study is open to anyone working in general practice (including students and Registrars), and we are looking for one member of staff from each practice to participate.
By taking part, you will:
✔ Learn how to measure continuity of care in your practice
✔ Receive a bespoke practice report to see how your continuity scores compare
✔ Fulfil CPD/portfolio requirements and gain collaborative authorship
✔ Help us gain a better understanding of how we can deliver better continuity of care to our patients
