More collaborative learning in action, this time at our Surrey Training Hub. 🚀

Our Surrey SCITT trainees recently explored 'Rosenshine's Principles of Instruction' through discussion and practical classroom scenarios, considering how research-informed strategies can support pupil learning.

One of the strengths of the SCITT route is the opportunity to connect theory with practice. Trainees engage with evidence-informed training at our centres and then apply their learning directly in the classroom, helping to develop their confidence, knowledge and expertise as teachers.

We're proud to support trainees across our training hubs as they take their next steps into the profession.

What a fantastic week! 🎉

Our Oxford teacher training hub enjoyed a brilliant day exploring Rosenshines Principles of Instruction, bringing them to life through collaboration, discussion and practical application.

It was great to see trainees sharing ideas, challenging their thinking and considering how these evidence-informed approaches can strengthen learning in their classrooms.

We're looking forward to seeing these ideas put into practice over the coming weeks. 👏
