Some days it’s hard to motivate yourself but today I did 40 minutes using resistance bands and my TRX. Trust me you don’t need weights to feel a workout. I wanted to do an hour but it just didn’t happen. The takeaway from this ? Lean into the positives as 40 minutes beats zero any day of the week 💪… keep going ❤️
