Some days it’s hard to motivate yourself but today I did 40 minutes using resistance bands and my TRX. Trust me you don’t need weights to feel a workout. I wanted to do an hour but it just didn’t happen. The takeaway from this ? Lean into the positives as 40 minutes beats zero any day of the week 💪… keep going ❤️

Don’t go to the gym ❌

Well… not if you’re paying for it and only going once a week.

How many people are spending a lot of £ every month on a gym membership they barely use? 🤔

The truth is, most people don’t need more equipment, they need more accountability.

That’s where personal training can make all the difference. But let’s be realistic…not everyone can afford high-priced personal training packages.

That’s why we believe fitness should be accessible, local and focused on helping people build healthier habits without breaking the bank. 🏦

I qualified as a Personal Trainer at 53… 👀

Most people think there comes a point where it’s too late to start something new, I disagree.

I’ve gone from sales and recruitment background, to wanting to give back & caring for patients, to now helping people improve their fitness and quality of life.

One thing I’ve learned? Changing habits is often harder than any workout! 😅

So I’m curious…

That’s exactly what we love to hear!

Kim has been training with Paul Monaghan for the past few years, attending regular sessions, 3 times a week and the progress has been incredible.

We always find ways to keep you moving and feeling fit, while being mindful of any aches or injuries.

Low-impact exercises can be a great way to stay active without putting too much pressure on sensitive areas like the back. One simple but effective movement we recommend is side leg raises with resistance bands.

Lying on your side with a resistance band around your ankles and lifting your leg helps strengthen the hips, glutes, and legs while keeping impact low. Small movements can make a big difference.
