This one for me nearly made me cry my eyes out!

What a compliment it is to have a family write out a card to mention how much we've influenced their neurodivergent child!

They may not be able to take part in classes anymore, life has sent them in another direction but you can tell how much these classes meant to them!

We have a high amount of neurodivergent children in our classes and we work with them with patience, care and acceptance.

Savage Martial arts is a place where no matter if a child has ADHD, Autism or AuDHD they will be welcomed and we will do everything we can to help them build skills like self esteem, resilience, discipline and much, much more!

We received this incredible feedback from one of our parents, and honestly, it’s exactly why we do what we do at Savage Martial Arts.

The things mentioned in this review, strength, coordination, self-esteem, discipline and the confidence to advocate for himself are so much bigger than martial arts.

And when you hear that happening in a child under 8 years old, it’s a pretty powerful reminder of the impact these lessons can have.

Of course, if one of our students goes on to become a world champion, we’ll be cheering them on every step of the way! 🏆

But our real goal?

To help our students become stronger, more confident, more respectful and more capable people both inside and outside the dojo.

Champions in life.

Hearing that what we do is genuinely making a difference in a child’s life never gets old.
This is WHY we do what we do. ❤️🥋

I have to apologise formally...

For probably completely butchering the pronunciation of most of these! 😅

But I care.

One of the things I love about teaching is that I get to meet families from all sorts of backgrounds, and I want every child who walks through our doors to feel welcome, respected and included.

So I've decided to learn how to say:

“YES, I CAN!”

in as many languages as possible.

My pronunciation may occasionally be... creative. 😂

But the message is the same.
YES. I CAN.

So I'm attempting to become the Rosette Stone of “YES I CAN.” 😂

(Not Rosetta Stone. Rosette. I'm making my own version.) 🤣

If your language isn't on here, teach me!

And if I absolutely butcher it...

Please correct me. 😂

Because I want to celebrate the people who come through our doors, their cultures, their languages and most importantly, their kids. ❤️
