✨ WOW! What an incredible year of fundraising! ✨

We are absolutely delighted to share that the amazing Friends of Clandeboye Primary School have raised a phenomenal £10,239.91 for our school this year! 🎉🥰

From Christmas cards and gifts, movie nights and discos, tuck shops, sponsored fitness challenges and our fantastic school fair, every event has been made possible by the dedication, enthusiasm and hard work of our wonderful Friends of Clandeboye team. 🌟

A huge THANK YOU goes to all of the parents, grandparents, families and volunteers who have given their time, energy, creativity and support throughout the year. Whether you organised, baked, donated, sponsored, attended, or simply cheered us on, you have helped make a real difference to our school community. ❤️

👕🧥 Lost Property! 🧥👕

Our lost property collection is growing and we know many of these items would love to be reunited with their owners! 😊

We have lots of clothing that has been left around school and in our playground, but unfortunately many items don't have names on them.
Please feel free to pop into school at drop-off or pick-up times to have a little look through the lost property collection and reclaim any missing jumpers, coats, cardigans, PE kits or other items.

Any unclaimed clothing remaining at the end of the school year will be donated to our pre-loved uniform collection, where it can continue to be used and appreciated by other families.

Thank you for your support! 🥰

🌿💚 We were absolutely delighted to welcome Andrew Muir MLA, Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, into our school today to present us with our Green Flag, recognising our continued success as an Eco-School. 💚🌿

Our fantastic Eco Committee members, alongside Mrs Lythe, were proud to showcase the wonderful work they have been leading throughout the year to enhance outdoor learning across all key stages and care for our school environment. 🌱🍃

The pupils also gave Mr Muir a tour of our school and our incredible outdoor spaces, speaking with confidence, enthusiasm and pride about their achievements. They were outstanding ambassadors for our school and we could not have been prouder of how beautifully they represented our school and community. 🥰🌟

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr Muir for taking the time to visit our school today and celebrate the achievements of our pupils and Eco Committee. 💚🌿

Pictured with Mr Muir, from left to right, are Mrs Lythe, Mrs Thomas and our Chair of the Board of Governors, Mr Hooks. 💛

🌟🎉 A huge congratulations to our amazing Star of the Week pupils! 🎉🌟

Reading through the wonderful comments on your certificates filled us all with such pride. While the pupils' hard work and achievements truly shone, what stood out most was their incredible kindness, beautiful manners and positive attitudes towards others. 💛✨

You are wonderful role models, showing every day how important it is to work hard, be respectful and care for those around you. We are so proud to celebrate each and every one of you! 🌟

You've made us all smile this week! 🌟🥰

🌱🌼 Year 1 Garden Centre! 🌼🌱

Our Year 1 gardeners have been busy creating their very own garden centre and what an amazing job they have done! The children have loved planting, watering and caring for their flowers and herbs, watching them grow a little more each day.

While the recent heavy rain has kept us reaching for our cosy welly boots, it has been fantastic news for our garden area! 🌧️💚 Thanks to all the heavy rain, our mint, rosemary and thyme have had a real growth spurt and are looking healthier than ever. 🌿

The children have been so excited to see how much their plants have grown and are incredibly proud of all their hard work. Even rainy days can bring something positive!

Well done, Year 1! 🌱👏🏼
