What a fantastic start to the new school year! ☀️📚

It has been so lovely to welcome everyone back to school last week after the summer holidays and to see our friends again and catch up!

Today, our whole staff team began training for our exciting new Literacy scheme, Read Write Inc. Day 1 was fantastic, informative and full of new learning! We are all feeling inspired and can’t wait for Day 2 tomorrow! 🌟📖✨

🎉📚 We are so excited to welcome our children back to school next week! 📚🎉

We hope everyone has had a wonderful summer holiday and we cannot wait to see all our fabulous children back in school on Thursday 27th August. 🥰

We are also delighted to invite parents to join us for our Curriculum Morning and Afternoon on Wednesday 26th August. This will be a great opportunity to find out more about the exciting year ahead! Please see timings for each year group below. 📖✨

✨The Changing Lives Initiative at The Warehouse✨

We are pleased to share information about a series of parent workshops and programmes being delivered by The Changing Lives Initiative for parents whose children display behaviours associated with ADHD.

Parents Plus (ADHD): For parents of children aged 6–12. Begins Wednesday 30th September at 10am.
Incredible Years (ADHD): For parents of children aged 3–7. Begins Wednesday 13th January 2027 at 10am.

As we reflect on another wonderful year at Clandeboye Primary School, we want to take a moment to celebrate our wonderful school community and say a heartfelt THANK YOU to our amazing children, families, staff and our wonderful Friends of Clandeboye Primary School for making this such a positive, successful and memorable year. ♥️✨

Together, we have achieved so much, created lots of happy memories and shown what an incredible school community we are. We are especially grateful for the fantastic support shown throughout all of our fundraising events this year. Thanks to your generosity, enthusiasm and community spirit, we have raised a phenomenal amount for our school (including an additional £195.50 from our recent pre-loved uniform event!) 👏🏼 🥰

This year has been filled with exciting learning, lots of laughs, friendship, achievements and so many special moments and we couldn't be prouder of everything our school community has accomplished together. 🌟📚🎨⚽💃🏼

Now it's time to enjoy a well-deserved summer break! ☀️🍦🏖️ We wish all of our families and staff a very happy, peaceful and fun-filled summer, making memories with your precious family and friends. ❤️

St Andrew's will be having their Community Fun Day on Saturday 12th September 2026, from 11am–2pm and they would absolutely love to see you there! 🥳

🐵FOUND: One Very Important Little Monkey!🐵

This lovely little monkey has been found in school and is currently enjoying a safe stay with us while we try to reunite him with his owner.

He's been very brave, but we know he would much rather be back in the arms of the person who loves him most. 🥰

If this little monkey belongs to your child, please pop into our school office to collect him. We'd absolutely love to help reunite this much-loved friend with his family. 🐒✨
