Bangor Central Integrated Primary School is situated in the heart of Bangor, County Down. Our school motto is ‘We care, we share, we achieve. We learn together’.
We have a caring community made up of pupils, staff, parents and governors. We are the only integrated primary school in Bangor and therefore offer a teaching and learning environment where all traditions and cultures are welcomed, respected and nurtured together.

We had a fantastic PE training day with Gary from CORE Kids. Gary delivered a fun-filled, practical session full of new ideas and lots of opportunities to develop and build on our existing PE practice.

As the school year draws to a close, a special mention goes to our amazing Year 7 pupils who won’t be returning next year.
They’re heading off to fantastic schools who will be very lucky to have them — and we’re so proud they’ll be taking a little bit of BCIPS with them.

💙💚 Our final assembly of the school year took place this morning, giving us all an opportunity to reflect on the year we’ve shared and everything we’ve learned together.
Mr Lawther encouraged us to take those lessons into the summer holidays, drawing on the spirit of the World Cup to remind us of the importance of being a good teammate - showing kindness, supporting others and always giving our best.

Intergenerational Visit 🌼
Year 5S recently completed their final visit of the year to the residents of Abbeyview Nursing Home, where they enjoyed creating beautiful art together.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the residents and staff for their warm welcome throughout the year.
We are also very grateful to Linking Generations Northern Ireland for their support in making this special visit possible 💛
