The College were delighted to welcome Mark from Trocaire to give a presentation to our Year 8 and Year 9 students. He gave the pupils an insight into the amazing work that Trocaire do for those most in need. It has given our pupils a lot to think about and has started lots of conversations about what they plan to do in the coming weeks to help with this year's Trocaire campaign.

To mark National Careers Week, our pupils have been taking part in a range of in‑class careers activities, including independent research, group discussions, and reflection tasks. They’ve been exploring different industries, identifying key skills, and beginning to think about their own future pathways.

We’ve been so impressed by the thoughtful questions, great teamwork, and genuine curiosity shown across all year groups. It’s fantastic to see pupils becoming more confident in discussing their strengths and ambitions.

A huge well‑done to Tori and Lucy who volunteered to kick off the first litter pick of Spring! They helped to tidy up our school grounds, whilst setting a brilliant example for other pupils. We’re so proud of their enthusiasm and community spirit!

Well done to our Gymnastics Team who competed in the NI Schools Acrobatic Gymnastics Championships yesterday at Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex. They were up against schools from all across Northern Ireland, making the competition even more exciting and inspiring. We are so proud of the entire team. A special mention to Olivia and Scarlett who placed 1st in the U16 Novice Pair section, and Elle and Evie who placed 2nd in the same category.
