St Davids Gold D of E Training complete, now for their assessment - couldn't have better conditions!

A brilliant Coastal Skipper Course to kick off the sailing season with Nicola and Beth. Some fierce winds meant a day to concentrate on theory before setting sail to the Isle of Man, the winds and waves were wild but dropped off with each hour. A fish and chips dinner over looking the beach before setting off back to North Wales the following morning. A complete contrast with the winds easing further until the engine was needed. Some parking, mooring bouy and navigation exercises as we enjoyed spotting the increasing spring Birdlife amd were also joined by a porpoise for the best part of an hour in Menai Bridge.
Well done to our two new Coastal Skippers!
