المؤسسات دي بتكتر في مصر تحديدا و بيعانوا جدا في موضوع التوظيف ده غير انهم ماعندهمش وقت يضيعوه, بيعملوا اعلانات للوظايف و بيتواجدوا في معارض التوظيف و بيصرفوا كتير في الHR بس مش بيلاقوا الناس المناسبة للوظايف و في أغلب الأحيان بعد ما بيعينوا ناس و يحطوهم تحت التدريب لفترة مابيبقوش مرضيين و ده بيكلف المؤسسات دي كتير من عملية البحث عن الموظفين الى تكلفة المرتبات اللي في الأخر بيحسوا انها على الفاضي
و من هنا ابتدينا نخاطب المؤسسات المالية دي و نسألهم العجز اللي عندهم في الهيكل الوظيفي أد ايه و بنوفرلهم العدد اللي هما محتاجينه و يكونوا مدربين على أعلى مستوى عالمي و بنفس نظام البنوك الاستثمارية العالمية و شركات الاستثمار مثل Goldman Sachs و Citadel و Accenture و الجميل اننا بنوفرلهم كوادر محترفة يشتغلوا معاهم و بنقدملهم الخدمة دي من غير مقابل و ده اللي خلى تقريبا جميع بنوك الاستثمار و شركات ادارة الأصول تتدافع علينا و اندهشوا جدا من اللي هيتقدملهم من غير مقابل و كأنه حلم
و السؤال احنا بنعمل كدة ازاي:
أولا: احنا مش شركة توظيف احنا شركة خدمات ادارة استثمار و محافظ عالمية و بنوفر كوادر للقطاع ده بس, كنوع من الخدمات اللي بنقدمها للمجال ده
ثانيا: احنا كيان داعم للمجال و مش منافسين لحد بل بالعكس بنساعد المتعاملين في هذا المجال في جميع النواحي اللي ممكن يكون عندهم نقص فيها
ثالثا: احنا مش بنحمل أي شركة أي أعباء مالية من ورا عملية التأهيل و التوظيف اللي بنقوم بيها, احنا بنطلب منهم العدد اللي هما محتاجينه و بنبتدي نقبل عدد من المتدربين على قد العدد المطلوب فقط
رابعا: بنحمل التكلفة على المتدرب من ناحية عشان نضمن جدية المتدرب و ثانيا لأن البرنامج اللي بنقدمه بيحصل المتدرب بعد انهاء المرحلة الأولى منه على دبلومة تحليل الاستثمار Investment Analysis Diploma من معهد الأسواق المالية لندن FMI Financial Markets Institute و هو أحد الأنشطة الفرعية لكلية كاريماس للأعمال ببريطانيا Karimus School of Business (KSB) ده غير نموذج التدريب العالمي لبنك الاستثمار الأول عالميا Goldman Sachs
المرحلة الأولى بتكون لمدة 3 أسابيع و بعدها أسبوع أجازة و دي اللي بيتم ممارسة أفضل الأساليب و الطرق و الممارسات في التحليل المالي و الاستثمار
المرحلة التانية: و دي بتكون شهر تدريب داخل أحد بنوك الاستثمار و شركات ادارة الأصول و بيوت الأبحاث و الاستشارات على أقسام و وظائف مختلفة داخل المؤسسة
المرحلة التالتة: و دي بتكون تدريب في أفضل دور وظيفي بناء على تقييمك في المرحلة التانية و مدتها شهر و بعدها بتكون مؤهل للوظيفة و بيتعملك تقييم و بيتقدملك فرصة عمل و عقد وظيفة داخل المؤسسة
