Get into the Halloween spirit and join us for a fun, creative workshop where you'll make your own spooktacular Halloween character filled with sweet treats to take home for a special little trick-or-treater! 🧙‍♀️🎃
We'll also have a little chat about the Halloween traditions and memories we grew up with and the new traditions we're creating for the next generation. 🧡

🧵✨ MAKE DO, MEND & GET MERRY! ✨🧵
Our HERO Project Make Do & Mend workshops are continuing - and as we head towards the festive season, we're getting a little more merry! 🎄
Inspired by the wartime Make Do and Mend spirit, these FREE workshops are all about reusing, repurposing and getting creative with materials that might otherwise go to waste. No experience needed, all materials are provided, and everyone is welcome!
Our upcoming workshops include:
🪡 Operation Make Do & Glow
Create a beautiful light-up fabric garland using leftover and reclaimed fabric.
🎄 Make Do & Merry – Tree Decorations
Turn leftover yarn and cardboard into colourful yarn-wrapped tree decorations.
📖 Make Do & Merry – Paper Garlands
Give old books a new life by transforming their pages into beautiful folded paper star garlands.
🧶 Make Do & Merry – Pom Pom Characters
Use leftover yarn and recycled egg boxes to create your own adorable pom-pom characters.
📍Tuesdays throughout October/November in The Old Market House, Bangor
