I simply LOVE a cool down. There are so many beautiful beautiful slower musical tracks that are perfect for stretching out the body and doing the final bow or curtesy.

This one is ‘Dance with you’ from ‘The Prom’. It’s so free and flowing. Give it a go in your living room now! It’ll feel loooooovely.

💃 45-minute class

Adult: £7
Child: £5

Children must be aged 8 or over and must attend and participate with a responsible adult.

And you absolutely do NOT need to bring a child! 💖
If you fancy an extra ChiChi night during half term, you’re very welcome to come by yourself or with a friend as usual.

Booking is through Gymcatch using the link in my bio.

Use the ‘Schedule’ and ‘Calendar’ to find the date - Wednesday 28th October.

You’ll see two separate classes to book — one ADULT and one CHILD.

If you’re bringing a child, please book:

✨ one Child place for each child attending

This half term, I’m opening the doors of ChiChi Fit to some very special guests!

Come along with your child, grandchild, niece, nephew or another special little person and enjoy 45 minutes of ChiChi Fit together. 🎭✨

And no little person? No problem! 💖
You are absolutely welcome to come by yourself or bring a friend — there’s no need to bring a child to join in!

All the fun, feel-good music and musical theatre magic of a usual ChiChi class — with a couple of special half-term & Halloween routines thrown in too! 🎃👻
