ChiChi Fit with Cat

The first summer special we will be doing is ‘Movie Musicals’ on Monday 27th July.

We’ll do about 12 songs in the class and this routine will be one of them! ‘What a Feelin’’ from Flashdance. It’s such a feel good song.

Monday was the last night of the summer term and the school year for ChiChi Fit with Cat. And it was FABULOUS.

With a class of almost 40, the energy and joy and enthusiasm was so wonderful. My class members are the very very best of them all. I say this with no hesitation. They are the highlight of my week and why I love teaching ChiChi Fit so much.

We had 45 mins of non-stop show tunes - it was our wrap party, so we danced full out (like we always do!) We had 14 dances from 14 musicals. And then we had a sweet treat and some time together.

It is the most wonderful community. Supportive, encouraging and so fun. I always leave energised - good for my body, mind and soul.

I asked if a few of the ladies would write a post it note to say why they love ChiChi Fit with Cat and I’ll share some of their reasons over the coming weeks.
