We have had the pleasure of having LoveRara visit our nursery for a few Christmas parties! Spider-Man and princess Anna have visited and provided, games, dancing, singing and stories for all our children aged from months old all the way to pre-school, all adults and children thoroughly enjoy their visits!

**Full time Childcare worker positions available at Woodlands Nursery Banchory**

You must have a big smile, which will make every child’s face light up, each and every day.

Throughout the course of a morning you will have many varied roles; if a child requests you to be a Disney princess, you will be the best princess you can be.

The ability to sing in tune is not necessary, however the ability to sing out of tune, in front of a crowd of tiny humans is essential!

You must have so much love to offer and big warm hugs, as and when required.

Having eyes in the back of your head is of the utmost importance.

You must be comfortable about entering public places on your way home from work with unknown substances on your clothing!

You must have the ability to read a story book upside down, with at least five interruptions per page.

And finally, you must be prepared to engage in lots of fun activities and be prepared to get messy.

Your hair and nails will be hard to maintain, but it really is all worth it!

Thank you so much for having the Squirrels children for pancakes and juice this afternoon! They thoroughly enjoyed their visit and loved looking at the swimming pool through the window 😊 🏊🏻‍♀️ 🐿️🥞🥤

*** MARSHAL REQUEST - CAN YOU HELP?***

We are looking for volunteers to help marshal the Kids Race, 5k, 10k and Half Marathon on Sunday 27th August.

The event will be approx 3.5hrs in duration and you will be placed on various areas within the route (KGV Park, Dee Street, Blackhall, Scolty, Shooting Greens area).

The kids race starts at 10.20am with the Half Marathon starting at 11am, 10k at 11.10am and 5k at 11.20am respectively.

As a mark of respect, Woodlands Nursery will close on Monday the 19th of September to allow our staff to pay tribute to the queen.
