When I saw these flowers while doing the weekly shop, I knew exactly where there were going.

A lick of paint on the outdoor kitchen, some fresh new plants and some bigger pots for the strawberries, and a fresh look for our play area ready for tomorrow.

First aid training today with Katie. Every 3 years we are required to retake a level 3, 12 hour paediatric first aid training course. ⛑️ 🏥

Really proud that this year Katie (who was 2 when I first took this course!) joined me to get her certification too.

‘Chloe!! Come quick! There’s an ant! 🐜’

Honestly, these kids know which of the family is the one to go to with an insect find!

One of these little people was terrified of all bugs and insects a couple of months ago, now though there’s pure excitement and can’t wait to share his find with everyone else.

That’s the magic of childminding, sharing love and interests with children of all ages.
