What did I learn in yesterday's epic event packed with value and amazing people?

1. I can 'people' in the right environment. Despite the long and intense day, I felt so energised afterwards!

2. Lisa Barry - was as nice in real life as she is online and her hugs were worth it all!

3. I am not alone in going through teenage dramas and challenges in life, (neither are you🤗) and it was so good to confirm this.

4. Kate Whitley can do amazing events and she did! It was beyond my wildest expectations!

5. I had the lovely surprise of meeting the beautiful Emma Kirkham in the flesh!😍

Of course, I learned (refreshed my knowledge) about email marketing, building followers, building brands, etc.

but most importantly what I got reminded of was:

❤️ Our purpose gets us out of bed...

and as long as our mission drives our every action❤️

we never run out of passion for doing what we do!💥💥💥

I cried, I laughed, I learned and I enjoyed the whole of yesterday

now I can confidently say:

I can 'people' with the right people, in the right room, when I choose 😉

Your past ≠ Your future🤯

Time is a man-made concept.

The past does not exist now or in the future.

The only thing the past is useful for is to learn the lessons from.

You have become who you are because of your past, and if you don't like that you can change it.

You can become who you want to be DESPITE your past.

You might already be thinking -

'I can't change',

'I don't know where to start'

'I have too much baggage to carry from the past'

'Change is not easy'

I get it, this is what you hear from your close circle of friends and family and society!

But I have much evidence to the contrary!

From my own experience and the experiences of those I worked with!

In one of my most popular podcast episodes,

I talked about how to embrace change and new beginnings after a major change in life!
