Wow! What a day we had yesterday, celebrating all our students success and being able to thank all our staff for going above and beyond.

Ella Strain collected her GCSE results and when doing so wanted to give something back to the school. Over the summer she has received nearly 300 seperate donations to share with students at BHS. Her effort and thought is truly humbling and will go to support other students when they return next week. Thank you Ella.

🎉 GCSE Results Day 2026 🎉

Today, we are incredibly proud of all of our Year 11 and Year 12 students who received their GCSE results.

They have worked incredibly hard, shown resilience and determination, and today is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate all that they have achieved. Their hard work has truly paid off, and we could not be prouder of each and every one of them. 👏

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our parents, carers and wider support networks at home for the encouragement, support and partnership they continue to provide. Your role in helping our young people to try their best and believe in themselves is invaluable.

A huge thank you must also go to our amazing staff, who continue to go above and beyond for each and every student. Their dedication, care and commitment make such a difference to our young people, and we are incredibly grateful.

Today is about celebrating our students and everything they have accomplished. We are so proud of them and excited to hear about their next steps and the new chapters they are about to begin. 🌟

🏃‍♀️ Exciting news from our school community! Ms Jess is taking on the ‘Race Across the Country’ to raise funds for Via Wings who not only provide vital mental health services right here in our local area, but are also part of our BHS Connect initiative 🤍

Let’s cheer them on and show our support! The big race is coming up on 24th-26th July!
