As we prepare for a new school year, we want to reassure our school community that we will publish a list of all school-approved fundraising events in September once we return to school. ✅💙
Throughout the year, any new fundraising activities that have been agreed with the school will also be shared on our official school page and communication channels.
We are incredibly grateful for the ongoing support of our families, friends and wider community, and we look forward to working together on many exciting fundraising opportunities in the year ahead. 🌟

📢💙 Community Fundraising Update 💙📢
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful school community for its continued generosity and support. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who gives their time, energy and resources to help enhance opportunities for our pupils. 🌟
The school has approved and is delighted to support the following fundraising initiatives:
🚶‍♀️ Wander Women walking the final stage of the Camino Way, with donation boxes available in the Downshire Arms Hotel.
🏃‍♂️ Donard Dads taking part in a half marathon (see previous posts for donation details).
🥾 Tartan Dander on Saturday 25th July (see previous posts for details).
🎉 A wonderful pupil who very kindly chose to raise money for the school at her 18th birthday celebration in lieu of presents.
We are always grateful for the kindness and enthusiasm shown by those wishing to support our school. To ensure transparency, accountability and the proper management of donations, we kindly ask that all fundraising activities intended to benefit the school are discussed and agreed with the school in advance.
✅ For the reassurance of our community, all approved fundraising events will be promoted through the school's official page and communication channels.
❗ We would also like to clarify that the school has not approved or endorsed any fundraising events taking place in August. Furthermore, the school is not currently seeking raffle prizes or donations for any August fundraising event. We kindly ask members of the public not to donate to any appeals relating to such events or requests.
💙 If you are interested in organising a fundraiser on behalf of the school, we would be delighted to hear from you and discuss how we can work together.

Donard Summer Scheme

Our 2 week Summer Scheme starts tomorrow. Just a reminder we start later tomorrow at 11am. The rest of the week our scheme is running from 10am until 2pm.
