Love seeing these competitions Nana Nelson a student of mine has amazing videos of her doing the Thai but think this one is a bit too in depth for practicing in the cabin 😌🤣. Working on my new modality and now have a name for it so watch this space for more as I am hoping I will be adding it to my collection of modalities early next year. Always looking for new techniques to add to my existing style. Onwards and upwards in SB Therapy 🥰.

I have a client coming over to Scotland October next year and he is wondering if I can tell him about the Dunvegan in St.Andrews. Is it good accommodation, food, atmosphere, parking etc? Any ideas as I have no clue on that aspect 😔. Thanks 😄

With technology moving forward maybe 1 day therapists will be out of a job😩 although the compassion and empathy will not be shown with machines. Still love a good massage with hands and feet 👣 ❤️. Book in with SB Therapy for some well deserved massage therapy sessions.

Last night was beautiful to see loads of vans and trucks all lit up, music playing and great atmosphere. The airbrushing on these vehicles is incredible. Designs are out of this world. Let’s hope stevenwinton1972 wins after hard work and dedication on both of his vans. 🥰.

Edinburgh Truckfest and Galloway Recycle Sportive are coming up. Nice to have some time away; looking forward to seeing the scenery in Dumfries and Galloway and getting used to the Van life of Steven Winton. 😁 Will still be able to take bookings while away if I survive the 75-mile sportive😆.

Well done to Nana on passing her theory and practical on the Level 3 advanced diploma in Ashiatsu Fusion Massage course. The 16 case studies are now being done and am super excited about her as well, as you all know I am getting older and still practicing massage therapy and I have taught many students but none from Scotland. 😔 So Ashiatsu Fusion Therapy would be lost to help those who rely on me to soothe the pain and help correct body misalignment but finally I have managed to bring the modality home to Edinburgh 😁 so rest assured when my zimmer frame age 😂has caught up with me Nana will take over. #
