Pupils remain in school all day.
Pupils wear their PE uniform.

Pupils will remain in school until 11.10AM with their Form Teachers.
Full school uniform must be worn.

A ‘UCAS Headstart Session’ for early applicants to Oxbridge, Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Science will follow until 12.30PM.

Pupils are not required to wear school uniform.

GCSE RESULTS 2026 AT ASSUMPTION GRAMMAR SCHOOL 🎉

We are incredibly proud to celebrate another year of excellent GCSE results at Assumption Grammar School! 👏
⭐ Nearly 97% of students achieved at least 5 GCSEs at Grades A–C*
⭐ 51.7% of all GCSE grades awarded were A/A*
⭐ 32 students achieved an outstanding 9 or more A/A* grades

Principal, Mr Peter Dobbin, said:
“Results Day is always a very special occasion for our school and today we are immensely proud of what our students have achieved. These results are a fitting reward for the determination, ambition and commitment they have demonstrated throughout their time at Assumption.”

A huge thank you also goes to our dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff, and to our parents and families for their invaluable support and encouragement.

👏 Congratulations to every one of our students! We look forward to welcoming so many of you back to Assumption for Sixth Form in the coming days, alongside those joining our school for the first time! 💙🤍
