We still have spaces available for our upcoming Calm Connections Adult Wellbeing Workshops in Carnlough, delivered in partnership with Extern🌿

🌟 A message from Miss Thompson after a fabulous first week!🌟

Our school has been buzzing with excitement, smiles and plenty of learning as we welcomed everyone back after the summer holidays. From reconnecting with friends to diving into new adventures in the classroom, it has been wonderful to see our pupils return full of enthusiasm and ready to learn.

✨🎒 Welcome Back! 🎒✨

What a fantastic first day back at school! Our classrooms and playground were filled with excitement, laughter, and lots of smiling faces as we welcomed our pupils back for a brand-new year of learning and adventure. 📚🌟

A very special welcome goes to our new Primary 1 children who began their journey with us today. We are delighted to have you as part of our school family and can't wait to see you grow and thrive.

We were also delighted to welcome parents into the playground this morning for those all-important first-day photographs, a cup of tea or coffee, and some time to help ensure their children were feeling settled and ready for the day ahead. ☕📸❤️

Here's to a wonderful year filled with friendship, discovery, and success for every child.

📣 Support available for families as new school year begins

The EA is reminding parents and carers that help and information is available as schools across Northern Ireland prepare to welcome pupils back for the new academic year.

A number of dedicated helplines are in place and further information and details of support are available through the EA website and social media channels. This covers a range of areas, including special educational needs (SEN), school transport, free school meals, uniform grants and admissions.
