The Association was set up in 2008.

All parents/carers and friends of the school, past and present, have the opportunity to take part in our activities. This could be by becoming involved in the committee, helping to organise events or, most importantly, supporting and enjoying the events we organise. Everyone is welcome to participate in any way they wish. The overall aims of the association are to promote the education and welfare

of all the pupils in Castle Tower School by assisting the school to raise funds and encourage co-operation between the parents/carers and the staff of the school.

When we tasked Mr McPeake and his lovely Post 16 class to make us a memorial bench for a very important past member of our CT family, we didn't realise just how much this would mean to us.

Aaron and all the Gilmour family mean a lot to the Castle Tower family. Aaron always had a smile on his face and was happy to have a chat and a laugh with everyone. So, we had to call it the 'Buddy Bench'. Whether a pupil wants some company, a wee chat, is feeling lonely, the Buddy Bench is there for them.

Thank you Marbeth and Roy for coming along and having the first sit down with Mr McPeake and his crew. We hope the Buddy Bench will have many years of chatter and laughter on it.

This young lady amazes me every year with her running. Our very own Wendy McAuley has just completed Extreme North Quadrathon 2026.

This comsists of 4 marathons in 4 days 105 miles 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ First Female in my age category and 4th Female overall. Flippin brilliant Wendy👏🏻

We would like to say a massive Thank You and Well Done to Sam Murdock for his Sponsored Sky Dive🪂 in aid of our school PFSA Charity. Sam raised a brilliant £1165!!

Thank you to everyone that made a donation and to Sam for jumping out of a plane 🫣 (video of the jump in the comments 😮) we really appreciate your support.
