🧬 We are pleased to announce four medal winners in the annual Biology Olympiad 🔬

🥈Cobhlaith & Caoimhe were awarded silver which is the top 10%
🥉Aodhan & Aoife were awarded bronze which is the top 15%

These students competed online against 9000 other students from all over the world in two gruelling exams. It is also the first time we have had any medal winners in Year 13 👏

We are very proud of them 🤩

Many thanks to Ms McCann for organising a visit from Mike from World of Owls yesterday. Our year 8s had the most amazing afternoon meeting the owls and learning all about them.

Year 14 rounded off the afternoon with an eye dissection to consolidate their knowledge of this difficult topic. Lots of gore and lots of fun to be had!
