3:2 Son Clave with paradiddles from the late Chuck Silvermans book Practical Applications. The pattern is RlrrllRlrrllRlrrllrrLrllRlrrllrr then LrllrrLrllrrLrllrrllRlrrLrllrrll. Capital letters are accented.

Today's warm up exercise is Swiss Army triplets with a flam accent on the last triplet. Play 7 Sat's followed by the flam accent starting with right hand then flipping to the left hand or vice versa. Then repeat playing 6 SATs , then 5 etc all the way down to 1, then go all the way back up to 7 again.

Today's ex is the 3 paradiddle medley with flams on the accented notes. Aim for good dynamics and a nice chunky sounding flams.
