At Ballygowan Community Pre-School & Playgroup, our aim is to advance the development and education of our children and to provide a safe, inclusive and satisfying way of learning through play in a parent-involved, community-based setting. Our focus is on learning through play, so that although your child might think they're just playing and having fun with their friends, in reality, they are learning to take turns, share, be creative and developing their fine and gross motor skills for example. We believe all children should be valued, stimulated, encouraged and listened to, in order to help each child reach their full potential, continuous staff development is at the heart of our strategy. We pride ourselves on being a part of the Community within Ballygowan and the surrounding areas and are so appreciative of all the support that we receive from friends, families and local businesses. We also like to think of ourselves as one big family, with our kids developing friendships that will stand the test of time; and parents supporting each other and having family fun together.
