Alot of times we think that we’ve healed from a bad experience in life. Boy are we so wrong! 😳
Truth is, we can only heal when we awaken to our current reality for what it truly is - not seeing from our mind’s eye of the “past” or fear of the “future”.
When we choose to be in “dream” state, our past, pain + programming becomes the internalised or projected upon others - taking us away from being present and waking to truly heal.
In the present is where we learn to dissolve our emotional triggers by:-
👀 seeing them
💗 feeling them
📖 understanding them

We heal when we feel. 💗 Swipe more to read.
Sometimes we may feel like we’ve healed from our “past” relationship trauma but instead they’ve been supressed into our subconscious mind only to show up as emotional triggers later on in our new experiences.
But what is new - is not perceived as “new” in our mind’s eye as they are more often than not perceived as something similar (trauma) that has happened in the past. This in turn leads us into acting out of FEAR instead of LOVE.
How do you know if you act out of fear?
💥 you react instead of respond
💥 you flee in the middle of a conflict
💥 you become passive in order to avoid conflicts
💥 you avoid taking responsibility for yourself
Are you acting out of fear or know someone who does? 😳
It’s important that we heal from what hurt us so that we don’t hurth others (subconsciously).

As I got up today, I felt a calling to my soul to share this. ❤️
We are in times of uncertainty, most of us may feel anxious and fearful about the future but I’d like to share that it’s truly OK to feel the way you feel - your feelings SHOULD be validated. However, it is important that we refrain from allowing the negatives thoughts to rule our minds and feelings to run our lives.
We are indeed in times of uncertainty - what use to be different is now our new normal and if we could adjust and adapt accordingly, we definitely can with other aspects of our lives too! I though I’d share some simple, practical and actionable ways of coping healthily during this crazy ass times 😀
💫 If you are lost - slow down and you’ll find a new direction
💫 If you are sad - cry, cry and cry more, then create a grateful list
💫 If you are fearful - take a journal and list down your thoughts
💫 If you are anxious - take a pause and tune in to your breathing
Wherever you are and whatever you are experiencing, remember my love, you are meant to be where you are supposed to be. Every decision you make leads you to where we are in this present moment. If the current reality no longer serves you, you always have a CHOICE to co-create a new reality and that begins within YOU. So begin by taking accountability on your end of things and make better decisions moving forward.

Drop a ❤️ if this resonates.
Alot of times we seek for something new (either a place, job or person) thinking it’s going to be better but those are just means of distraction.
They’re temporary solutions to an issue which turns into a problem when you allow it to perpetuate. Just like a cut that requires medical attention but instead a band-aid has been used.
Most times, these loops and patterns are methods of coping, usually unhealthy, dysfunctional and something our mind knows the best (our survival mechanism).
If you feel like stuck in that energetic loop and noticing the patterns repeating continuously, it’s important to slow down, pause and take a step back to observe the current reality and ask yourself these questions.
💥 When did the patterns first began?
💥 How am I contributing to this looping?
💥 What can I do now to break this life looping?
💥 How can I take radical responsibility on my end?
💥 What is/are the lesson(s) I can take our of this experience?
These questions are not to put shame and blame on ourselves. They are to help bring awareness to the moments (looping) and teaching us to take radical responsibility for our side of the side. Our life experience will never change unless we do, from within.
So the next time you’re about to go into survival mode and thinking about the grass being greener - either in another location, job or partner, STOP and try the 3-step below.
1️⃣ Reflect - into your “past” experiences
2️⃣ Awareness - bring awareness to the patterns/loop
3️⃣ Wisdom - stop the loop and turn the lessons into wisdom
The grass is greener where you water it - it is within YOU.

In life and love, we always are presented with choices - choosing to be positive instead of feeding our negative thoughts.
More often than not, we choose fear instead of love. We choose to suffer instead of being joyful. We choose to be in conflict with others and within ourselves instead of simply learning to be at peace. And we choose to resent and hold on to the hurt/shame/resentment instead of forgiving.
If there is one thing that I can share which truly changed my life, was when I chose to be better each day instead of staying bitter - to let go of things, people and my own self-limiting beliefs that no longer serve me here and now. And each time a I’m presented a situation that is uncomfortable or triggers me emotionally, I would always choose love over fear.
Because love is truly all we need and love is what we are beings of.
Love is what the world needs right now and love will change the world.
Always choose love over fear friends.
It always wins.

Forgiveness is one the most important character traits that not all of us are built with or taught. However, it is one of the keys to getting the peace and freedom that we all want - but our minds hang on to pain and trauma longer than it should.
It is normal to feel hurt and our feelings, every feeling should be validated. However, we need to learn on bringing awareness to those pain points in order to stop allowing them from running our lives. Each and everyone of us has some form of trauma but the difference between people who are mentally free and at peace with themselves are those who ultimately have learnt to forgive - not others but themselves first.
It is important to reflect back on our own patterns of behaviours not as to shame ourselves but to learn and outgrow those unhealthy, dysfunctional patterns. Always bear in mind that trauma is NOT our fault, but healing it 100% OUR responsibility - and part of accepting our reality towards healing requires us to first, forgive.
Forgive ourselves for tolerating those hurtful behaviours from others. Forgive ourselves for causing hurt (intentionally or not). Forgive ourselves for holding on to pain or suffering longer than we should. And forgive ourselves for not knowing or doing better before than we do now.
I get it. I’ve been there and it’s easier said than done. But hey, if I can do it, I believe you can too!
This is why I’ve created my own framework of how we can get RAW with ourselves and learn how to embrace and accept our reality. But first…

Alot of us struggle with living in the “past” or “future” which are just time concepts and illusions (as are our fear).
While we also tend to identify ourselves with what has happened to us, which in most cases, our false sense of selves! Yes it has made us who we are today but it is NOT who we truly are.
We have the opportunity to learn, to grow and to transform into better version of ourselves each and every day - to take positive action instead of wallow in self pity. Heaing definitely takes time and is not a linear process.
But life, LIFE is precious my friends and all we truly have is NOW, the present. What better way then to become our best selves and turn that pain into power? ❤️
It is important for us to reflect and do our innerwork, to understand our “past” before we can truly be present and to work on our “future” visualisation NOW.
Because hurt, if unhealed, will either be internalised or projected upon others. Start healing now, not tomorrow because you may not have the chance.

I use to think money makes the world go round. Then I thought time equates to money.
As I became open to growth, being open to change and transforming myself each day to be better than I was yesterday, was when I soon realize that the true currency in life - is ENERGY. 💫
Everything around us is energy - the air we breathe, the sound we hear, the whiff of that perfume you get when someone passes by you and even to that sensation you feel on when the hand of someone you love brishes upon yours.
And this is why my friends, it is important for us to pay more attention on where we invest our energy on.
Don’t waste it on the pain of your “past - instead spend it on learning from those experiences.
Don’t waste it on the fear of your “future” - instead spend it on becoming better today.
Don’t waste it on people who don’t believe in you - instead spend it on those who truly do.
Stop wasting your energy on anything or anyone that doesn’t feed you back good energy. Instead focus on those that lift you, support you and see the best in you!
But first, YOU have to be THAT energy - because we attract what we put out. So keep working on yourself day in, day out. And I promise you will attract what you deserve. x Diliya

I was trapped in the cages of my mind about my “past” and was constantly anxious and fearful from the uncertainties of my “future”.
There were countless times where I struggled to bring awareness to dissolve my triggers and subconscious toxic behavioural patterns.
And all that took so much of my mental - emotional space that made me depressed, exhausted, drained and at times feel stagnant. I simply wasn’t able to be in my own presence but constantly had the desire to just be FREE of it all!
