Can I just thank everyone for my collection, memory book, cards and presents.
It was very thoughtful and a lovely surprise.
I have had the time of my life, loving nearly every minute and so grateful to my loyal staff for their commitment over the years and wish them well in their new employment.
Bagshot Pre-school as we know it has now closed and new management will be moving in to the premises ready for September. It’s great the current children will get to stay in the building and the staff will be employed by the new owners who are setting up their 3rd business in the school setting so for the children nothing will change.
Thank you to all the families and staff who have supported the pre-school over the years I couldn’t have done it without you.

A big thank you to all the families and staff past and current
for my surprised retirement party. I was totally overwhelmed. It was great to see some old faces and in some cases 3 generations. Thank you all for giving up your Sunday to help make this such a special day for me. It was appreciated.
I still find it hard to believe I started work as a volunteer in the pre-school over 40 years ago and I can honestly say I can’t believe it’s that long, but I guess when you do a job you really love time flies. Having reached the ripe old age of 70, it’s time to go before I’m pushed. It’s beginning to feel very real with only 8 more working days to go.
Don’t forget our sports day Thursday 16th July.
A big thank you to everyone who has supported the pre-school over the years you all made the pre-school what it is today.
We close on Friday 17th July.
The new pre-school opens in September.
I wish the team all the best for the future.

We are so lucky to have air conditioning in our pre-school. We are going to need it in the coming days. All physical activities will be limited during this extreme weather.

Celebrating Easter. I was really surprised at how many children don’t like hot cross buns. Had a variety this year including salt caramel. Mrs Michel ate all the leftovers. 🙂

Celebrating EID today children had several choices with the chicken curry, rice and the pakoras were a real hit. The jelly for dessert went done a treat. A big thank you to Shaja for preparing and cooking for 27 children and staff.

Pre-school’s Nativity today, the children did us and their parents proud. Well done to all.

What a great day, train trip to Camberley to see Aladdin. The children loved it. Followed by MacDonald’s. One more week before we break up for Christmas. Tuesday we hold our nativity titled “Our First Nativity “at the school, followed by the Christmas party on Friday. We will return on Monday 5th January.
