🐴 If you wish to join us on Stable Management tomorrow evening (6pm - 7pm Wednesday the 14th) then please let us know no later than 7pm today so we are able to plan groups and activities accordingly.

All you need to know … 👇🏻

Stable Management runs fortnightly on a Wednesday evening from 6pm-7pm and includes learning all aspects of horse husbandry and the theory surrounding horse care. It is the best way to improve your confidence both on the ground and whilst in the saddle.

The price is £30 and this includes a 20 minute riding/ handling session.

Reminder of works: A681 Bacup Road

A reminder that essential safety works are due to begin on the A681 Bacup Road at The Glen, between Bacup and Stacksteads, from tomorrow Saturday 10 October.

These essential works will help reduce the risk of rockfall reaching the highway.

Work will be carried out at weekends only, with the road reopening during the week.

Sorry we have been a little quiet these last couple of weeks, it’s always a busy time as we prepare for the horses to come in and transition into the winter months. 🍂 We have just posted our Halloween Half Term activities, so be sure to take a look at those and book your place! 👻

❗️The above are offered out as semi private lessons and therefore are not specifically private lessons. We would prefer the above to be taken in addition to any previously booked group lessons and not instead of, so not to alter group numbers. Thank you for your understanding.

➡️ We have spaces available on Novice & Advanced group lessons on Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week. If you wish to book an additional or alternative group lesson then please get in touch.

🎃💀 October Half Term Activities. 💀🎃

🩸Wednesday the 28th of October 6pm - 7pm.

Spooktacular Stable Management. 👻

Our usual educational evening learning all things horse husbandry but with the added bonus of mounted games for our riding section! Open to everyone who wishes to learn more about handling and caring for horses when out of the saddle. As always we will cover both the theory and practical surrounding stable management and continue working towards becoming independent and capable when performing all basic tasks.

This event should be attended for the purpose of stable management, not just because we are running mounted games. £30pp.

🩸Friday the 30th of October @ 5pm.

Our annual spooky Halloween ride! 🎃

Fancy dress with a prize to the best dressed, we usually see some fantastic outfits and we don’t expect to be let down this year so give it your all!

45 minutes, walk and trot only. You must be confident and capable off the lead rein. We will be wearing full hi-viz and lights to ensure we are safe and seen. If demand requires we will add another hack in at 6pm on the same evening. This is a unique and popular event, so don’t miss out! £30pp.

❗️All of the above are pre payable upon booking and carry a 72 hour cancellation policy.

What a fantastic way to end this year’s series of Team Showjumping. 🎉 Thank you to everyone who has supported this event each month and a huge well done to all of our riders who have given their all this year for their teams. We hope to see you all taking part again next year! 🥰

❗️YOU SHOULD HAVE ALREADY LET US KNOW IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND!!!

⚠️ We will be starting at the earlier time of 4.30pm as we are no longer blessed with the long, light evenings.

There will be a presentation upon the conclusion of the last round. EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR PRESENTATION TO RECEIVE THEIR ROSETTE AND REPRESENT THEIR TEAM.
