We cried. We screamed. We prayed. We let the masks fall. There is nothing more powerful than watching a woman express her deepest truth, the mind expecting judgment, but being met with pure love. Together, we entered a portal of deep life force transformation.

I am so deeply in love with this mission and the women who choose this path. And my heart is so full for my man, Christian. He didn’t just cook he held the sacred masculine frequency with devotion, safety, and presence.
He supported the women through bodywork, together we served the Amazonian medicine side by side, held grounded space, and nourished us daily with exquisite Peruvian food. 🇵🇪❤️

I’m home..

Home in Bali..

Sitting in the very space where so much of my work has been born..

Since leaving here, life has taken me through Colombia, the Amazon, Peru, profound initiations, sacred ceremonies, leading retreats, U.K. EVOLUTION, Kambo Evolution, Mind Evolution... and finally returning home just in time for the biggest Balinese ceremony of my life on my birthday.. my Padanda rebirthing initiation ceremony ♾️👑

ALL because I have stayed true and faithful to myself, my soul evolution & the courage to always follow my heart

I don’t think I’ve even really begun to process everything that’s unfolded over the last 3 months.. equally for both Christian and I.. we’ve been together.. travelling, medicine, initations, service, retreats, learning together, learning from
each other every step of the way!

My camera roll is overflowing..

My journal is overflowing..

My heart is overflowing..

And I know it’s time to begin sharing..

Over the coming weeks I’ll be opening the door into everything...

Finding the words to describe what has unfolded over the last seven days with these incredible women

For the past 10 years, I have had the honour of holding sacred spaces and transformational retreats around the world. I have witnessed women heal, awaken, remember who they are and completely change the trajectory of their lives.

It is my life’s work.

And I will never, ever take the privilege of holding this sacred work for granted.

Yet somehow... this week felt like something entirely new…

Over the last seven days, six extraordinary women courageously chose themselves.

Together we journeyed through profound healing, womb work, sacred medicine, breath, ceremony, deep emotional release, remembrance and unconditional love.

One by one, the layers that no longer belonged began to fall away, and what remained was something so beautifully simple...

The remembrance of who they have always been.

As we sat together in our final circle today, every single woman shared that this had been the most life-changing experience of her life. To witness each of them leave with open hearts, connected to themselves, to one another, and to life itself, is something I will carry with me forever.

Over the years I always hear women say that my retreats are impossible to put into words... that they simply have to be experienced.

It’s about what becomes possible when you are fully seen, deeply loved, received without judgement and reminded that everything you’ve been searching for has always lived within you.

Sharing this retreat alongside my beautiful man, Christian, made it so profoundly special. Watching him hold every woman with such grounded presence, compassion and unwavering love and delicious Peruvian food was such a gifts for me.
I’m still integrating everything that has unfolded, and I know I’ll be sharing much more over the coming days.
For now - thank you to these incredible women.
And to the work that continues to remind me, time and time again, that healing is not about becoming someone else...
It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

I’m writing this from the Amazon jungle, and being honest this initiation has changed me 🌱

I came here to Peru after holding my Colombia retreat, after my kambo initiation/training, and now deeper into the jungle with the medicine, the plants, the children, the land, the teachings.

I knew this journey was sacred, destined and something that was going to transform me..

And something in me has remembered on an even deeper level.. this is why I’m here!

To build powerful community.
To guide people back into their bodies, their truth.
To help them remember their innate gifts.
