Below is a direct link to the latest episode (episode two) of The Apps Tutor podcast. Also, I just want to clarify, that this podcast does not include training demonstrations on how to use apps. My objective for this podcast, is to provide explanations, recommendations and advice on the apps I either use to teach or that I have used myself (not just Microsoft apps) and which I hope will help others. Just returned from a fantastic trip to Japan and wanted to share some tips re. some of the apps I used, which made the trip run more smoothly! 📱

Monzo (for paying for food etc).💰

Saily (for eSIM)I paid £13 for 10gb which lasted over 2 weeks.

Uber (for taxis)🚕

Suica (for train/subway rides). 🚊
You just add the app to your Apple or Google wallet. You then add money to it, then just tap to use it at train and subway stations. You can also use it in supermarkets and vending machines (some vending machines sell beer)🍻😃

Pro tip always install apps via the App Store associated with your device. If you need support/advice with any apps please let me know.
