Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone, our lovely Evelyn has been part of the team for 20 years! 🥳 As one of our first employees she is very much part of the furniture now.

If you know Evelyn, you’ll know the office is never quiet when she’s around, with her bubbly personality, endless chat and sense of fun the place just wouldn’t be the same without her.

Here’s to you Evelyn! Thank you for two decades of laughter, hard work and making this place brighter every single day. 💛✨

🎉 Huge Congratulations to Team JBM! 🎉

We’re incredibly proud to share that a small team from JBM took on the Rob Roy Mighty Hike in support of Macmillan Cancer Support – and absolutely smashed it! 💪⛰️

Through determination, teamwork, and a whole lot of blisters, they completed the hike and raised an incredible £4,106 for a cause close to all of our hearts. 💚

A massive thank you to everyone who donated and supported them along the way – your generosity will help Macmillan continue their vital work supporting people living with cancer.

Well done, team – you’ve made us all proud! 👏👏👏

Our MD Kellie Zdanowicz and assessor Jolene Hall were delighted to join Christine Grahame MSP on her visit to Finlaysons earlier this week to celebrate .

Scottish Apprenticeship Week is a nationwide celebration of the benefits of apprenticeships – for businesses, individuals and the economy.

I saw first-hand this week how Galashiels firm Finlaysons are making the most of apprenticeships to equip their team with the skills they need to continue to be competitive and get the best out of their workforce.

As part of Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2024, our MD Kellie Zdanowicz visited MacLay Civil Engineering Ltd along with Richard Leonard MSP and representatives of SDS.

MacLay Civil Engineering Ltd who are at the forefront of civil engineering and road maintenance, appreciate the benefits the Modern Apprenticeship Programme can provide to both their employees and the organisation, and have championed this with their staff for many years.

Kellie said it was a pleasure to meet with the team at MacLay and Richard Leonard MSP to celebrate Scottish Apprenticeship Week. Opportunities for employers, Parliament and training providers to work in partnership to navigate the changing Skills Landscape in Scotland should not be missed.
