Sing with Saffy

Margret and Saffy were delighted to be invited to join the mums and grans of Class 7 at Southcraig School for their Mother’s Day afternoon tea today. What a fabulous spread you put on for us, well done all the pupils and staff 🥰

Another fab fun day of classes in Ayr and again the pom-poms proved very popular with lots of laughs and giggles.
And we also found time to wish besties Norrie and Autumn happy 2nd birthdays 🥳 🎂🎉
Thanks to everyone who donated to Comic Relief in classes this week, it is much appreciated. I will reveal the final total raised tomorrow 🔴
Please remember there are NO CLASSES next Thursday as there are dance exams at Dansarena but we will be back on March 30 for our final classes before the Easter break. Remember your Easter bonnet as we’ll have a prize for the best one in each class 🐇🐣 xx

There's no doubt what was the biggest hit in Troon this morning.. our colourful pom poms! What a lot of laughs we had with them, very appropriate for Red Nose Day 🔴
Many thanks to all who donated to the collection for Comic Relief, I'll reveal the final total raised at the end of the week.

Our older children had great fun with the pom poms today while the babies enjoyed the bubbles and bunnies.. thankfully no water pistols this week 😂
Remember there are NO CLASSES at Dansarena next Tuesday, March 21, as there are dance exams on in the studio but we will be back on Tuesday March 28 for our last class before the Easter break when we'll hold an Easter parade in each class with a prize for the best bonnet.. so get decorating 🐇🐣💐 See you then 🎶🦒🎵🦒🎶

We also had time to wish Bradley, who celebrates his first birthday tomorrow, a very happy birthday 🥳 but on a sadder note we said goodbye to Leo, one of the Sing with Saffy OGs who joined us on our very first week. We will miss you and your mum Leo but you are very welcome to pop back and see us anytime. Love from Margret and Saffy xx

It's Red Nose Day on Friday so all this week in class we'll be celebrating the things that make us laugh 😂🤪🤣 Feel free to come along wearing a touch of red 🔴 and we will have a collection box if you'd like to make a donation to Comic Relief, a very worthwhile charity that funds many projects in the UK and abroad. It was the last of our fishy adventures in Ayr today and while Rosie enjoyed playing under the sea and Daisy enjoyed tucking into the golden coins we found in the pirate's treasure.. our other youngsters seemed happier on dry land (or in Mia and Loxi's case mid-air) as they hopped with the bunnies 🐇

We didn't manage many photos from our undersea adventure in Troon this morning.. Margret was too busy being naughty 💦 😊
But we did manage to grab a couple of trendy Seb in his very appropriate varsity jacket 🎶🎵💕 He even had a giraffe top on underneath. Saffy was very chuffed 🦒

Shiver me timbers.. Ayr classes set sail for some adventures on the high seas today involving sharks 🦈 pirates 🏴‍☠️ and.. drums 🥁 🤣
The over2s enjoyed counting the fish on the lycra while under2s faced up to the pirates armed only with the ocean drums and the babies enjoyed chilling under the sea 🐟🦀🐙🐬
And we still found time to wish Olivia, who turns three this week, an early Happy Birthday 🥳🎂

The over2s managed to find the pirates' treasure 🏴‍☠️ while the under2s and babies enjoyed exploring the octopus' garden 🐙

Margret and Saffy have had a lovely day at Forehill Early Years Centre in Ayr and we were delighted that the Gruffalo managed to join us for World Book Day - even though he was a bit naughty 🤦🏼‍♀️

Last chance to zoom to the moon with Saffy was in Ayr today.. and once again we seem to have run into quite a lot of little green men 🛸 (also pink, purple, blue and orange men!)
The under2s had great fun with the floaty scarves too and we especially loved Riley's space age jumper 🚀

It was Troon classes' turn to blast off into space today 🚀 and we were happy that so many big brothers and sisters were able to join the fun as schools were off.. and they certainly seemed to enjoy the floaty scarves 😂🤣
And in under2s lovely Bella helped solve the age-old riddle what do aliens eat.. Teddy Faces of course 😊

Ayr classes were truly out of this world today as we once more boldly went into outer space. We loved Robert's rocket jumper 🚀 and we saw our fair share of aliens 🛸, though some of them turned out to be quite familiar 😂
But we must apologise to Grace, who turns two later this week, as silly Margret forgot to take her photo without her mask so sorry for your alien birthday pic 🤦🏼‍♀️ Enjoy your special day 🥳🎂

Thanks to everyone in Kilmarnock who joined us on our space adventure today 🚀 We seem to have run into rather a lot of aliens 🛸😁 and we all just loved Freddie's space-age top 😍
We also had a birthday girl in class.. lovely Imogen turned two TODAY and took time out from celebrating to join the fun with Saffy. And it was a double celebration as James turns two later this week. Hooray! Happy birthday to you both🥳🎂

It was the final day of Saffy's househunting in Ayr today and I'm pleased so say we finally have her settled..in the TALLEST house on the street 😆
Lots of favourite songs on show today and Aaiva, Mali and Loxi certainly put everything into the Horsey actions.. not sure if mummies were so impressed though. And Duncan enjoyed his game of peek-a-boo 😊

What colourful classes in Troon this morning 🌈 Again we helped Saffy with her house-hunting but the under2s particularly enjoyed playing with the rainbow scarves.
Remember this week is the last week of our baby class at 1pm with both baby classes now merging at 12noon from next Wednesday.

It was our last classes of Favourites week in Ayr this morning and we had great fun with the five little ducks, jungle animals and maracas.
But lovely Loxi decided she'd rather play her favourite game of hide and seek, though we did find her.. eventually 😂😂

We had fun favourites classes in Troon today.. and hopefully we played some of your best loved songs 🎶🎵 We even managed to fit in an early happy birthday wish for Neave 🎂 and a belated birthday greeting for Nevaeh 🎂
Our over2s had great fun with the lycra and jungle animals 🐒🦁🦛🐘🦒🦏 meanwhile in baby class there was something weird going on.. all the babies were happily sitting with their mums when they were all inexplicably drawn to Margret's singing 😂😂 So funny.

The Nursery Rhyme fun continued in Troon today and the 1pm baby class helped bring a favourite song to life.. we might not have had rings on our fingers but we had bells on our toes covered 😄
Meanwhile the over2s enjoyed the circle song with the big scrunchie, a real workout for the arms 💪🏻

It was the under2s turn for a photo focus in Ayr this morning and they loved tapping and shaking the ocean drums as we sang some of our favourite nursery rhymes, including verses no one knew existed 😂😂
